Youth Group / Sunday School Summer Outings

Youth Group Members & Parents!! Sunday School kids & Parents !!

Here are our planned outings for July & August:

Wednesday, July 9, 7:00 p.m. —

“Wall – E” (G-rated, Pixar).

Arlee Theater in Mason City.

Youth Group will pay admission for teens / children of our Sunday School & Youth Group and one guest apiece.

Monday, July 14, 7:00 p.m. to Tuesday, July 15, 8:00 a.m. —

Youth Group Lock-in.

Church basement. We'll send out for pizza.
Non-member guests must sign-up beforehand.

Tuesday, July 15 to Sunday, July 20—

County Fair Booth

Saturday, July 19, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.—

Six Flags, St. Louis.

Youth Group / Sunday School students with parents.

WE NEED PARENTS / OTHERS TO DRIVE / ESCORT!!!

Sunday, August 3, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.—

Bowling at AMF Strike n’ Spare
[2660 West Lawrence, Springfield (near Veterans Parkway)].

Bowl all two hours: we’ll pay for bowling / shoes for youth.
Milk shakes at Steak-n-Shake afterwards!!

Thursday, August 7, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.—

Knight’s Action Park, Springfield
(leave Petersburg around 9:00 a.m.)

If you have 1, 2, or 3 extra seats in your van or SUV, and you can go along to any of these outings, please let Pastor know ASAP!!

OAFC Summer Training is fast approaching: July 15-21.
If you have not registered, its getting late.
Check out the www.oafc.org for more information.
There have also been a few spots for Travel Teams open up.
Travel teams will tour the U.P. of Michigan and Southern Wisconsin.
Let me know now if you would like to go.
Travel Teams are by application only,
and subject to Director approval.
