Parish Nurse's Page
Our volunteer Parish Nurse, Janet, helps our parish fulfill the Law of Love by the ancient Christian practice of caring for the physical needs of people in our community.
She visits our shut-ins, contacting family members to alert them when they may need to arrange doctor visits for their loved ones.
Janet works with local health service groups to provide help to individuals, families, & groups.
She also arranges for speakers to visit our church to make presentations on important health topics for young & old.
Janet, and fellow nurse Ruth Ann, together offer free blood pressure checks on the second weekend of each month.
